A BUS strike which would have disrupted Waltham Forest commuters' travel tomorrow has been postponed, it has just been announced.
Drivers working for the East London Bus Group, which runs some of the services in Waltham Forest, had been planning a 24-hour strike from 4am.
The action was threatened following a pay dispute between the Unite union and the East London Bus Group.
Services including the numbers 48, 69, 97, 158, 230 and 257 buses would have been affected.
