BUCKHURST HILL: Flats plan rejected

PLANS for 14 flats in Buckhurst Hill, on a site currently occupied by four flats, have been refused planning permission.
Golden Homes Ltd had applied for permission to demolish the flats at 224-230 Queens Road and built a part two, part three-storey building comprising one and two-bedroom flats in their place.
