TWO further arrests have been made in connection with the killing of Adnan Patel.p>
Early this morning, two men, aged 23 and 18, were arrested in east London by officers investigating the murder of the 22-year-old, who was stabbed in Stewart Road, Leyton, on Friday, July 11.
Both men remain in custody.
Four men were arrested in the area shortly after the killing and were questionned by police.
Akeel Shah, 23, of North Birkbeck Road, Leytonstone, appeared Waltham Forest Magistrates' Court on Monday charged with the murder of Adnan Patel. He was remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on October 10.
Three of the men are bailed to return to a police station on August 7 while further enquiries are made.
A 17-year-old male youth was arrested in connection with the investigation and bailed to return on August 7.
Officers continue to appeal for witnesses and information.
