THE UK's largest independent estate agent has opened a new state-of-the-art property centre in Harlow.

Haart has launched the new hub in Fourth Avenue and includes an estate agency, lettings, financial services and new homes experts all under one roof.

The 2,500 sq ft site is part of Haart’s ambitious strategic growth plans and will help clients find their ideal homes across West Essex and East Hertfordshire.

The chairman of Harlow Council, Andrew Johnson, officially opened the new Property Centre at a ceremony last week.

Cassie Tovel, branch partner, said: “The new centre is a breath of fresh air – everyone is so happy to be working from this brilliant new location.

“It is going to be fantastic for our customers – we have experts all under one roof to help them in any way they need.

“We are now in such a busy part of town, and I think it will benefit to us. You can’t help but notice the haart logo when you are walking or driving past.”

Joint CEO Antony Lark said the new property centre was a statement of confidence in the market recovery.

“It’s a hugely impressive set-up and a testament to the hard work of everyone involved in the launch,” he said.

“As part of our growth, we are opening much larger premises that cover wider geographical areas  – this is the absolute embodiment of that.

“The visual is striking and hopefully it will allow us to help more people find their perfect property.”
