A REDBRIDGE teenager is due to appear in court accused of raping a 17-year-old girl in a subway.
A girl was assautled in the St Botolph's underpass in Colchester on Tuesday night.
Jean Claude Ruguro, of Kesteven Close, Ilford, has been charged with rape and attempted rape.
Essex Police say Mr Ruguro was due to appear before magistrates in Chelmsford.
