A YOUNG man is in a serious condition after being stabbed in the head in a Walthamstow street in the early hours of this morning (Sunday).
The unidentified man, who is white and thought to be in his early 20s, was taken to an east London hospital after being found covered in blood in Forest Road at 6.35am.
He has been kept in hospital for treatment but his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
Four men have been bailed to return to an East London police station on January 30.
Police have not yet released any further details about the attack.
