THE severe weather has been causing problems for many - but the freezing conditions have also created some unusual sights across the borough.

Resident David Milner took this snap of a wall of long icicles in Whitehall Road, Chingford.

The wintry scene was caused by flooded drains and the cold weather.

And with forecasters predicting an end to the cold snap, this might be the last chance for a while to enjoy wintry landscapes.

DO you have any unusual pictures of wintry scenes?
