Police cordon outside the house in Hoe Street
A MAN has been found dead at a house in Walthamstow.
The London Ambulance Service was called to the semi-detached house in Hoe Street at 7.30am this morning (Monday) to reports that a man had been found injured.
An air ambulance crew attended but the man, believed to be in his twenties, was prounounced dead at the scene.
A Metropolitan Police spokeswoman said the death is being treated as unexplained at this stage.
Police have cordoned off the house and the surrounding pavement while detectives investigate.
No arrests have been made.
The man's next of kin are yet to be informed.
A post mortem is due to be held tomorrow morning (Tuesday) into the cause of death.
