A STUDENT was robbed at knifepoint as he walked home.
The 19-year-old had just got off at West Acton tube station after returning from central London on Thursday 27th November.
As he was walking along Layer Gardens at about 6.50pm, he heard someone shouting. He was then approached by two men and one of them demanded money, saying he had a knife.
He then showed the student the handle of a large knife tucked into his waistband. The victim handed over his wallet and the attackers also asked for his holdall.
One of them pushed the student before running off south on Twyford Avenue towards Uxbridge Road.
They made off with a black leather wallet containing 70 cash and an Apple Mac I-pod worth 400, a British driving licence and credit cards.
The knifeman is described as black, aged 25 years and 6ft 2ins tall. He was wearing a navy blue woollen hat with the logo NY on the front, a black or navy top, jeans and Nike trainers. He had a gruff voice and is of slim build.
The second attacker is also described as black, aged 25 years and is 6ft tall. He was wearing a black and white baseball jacket, dark or navy jeans and had crew-cut hair. He had stubble, brown eyes and was of athletic build.
