KEEP your car from a life of crime by attending a N1K UR REG day this weekend.
Monkhams Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) will be replacing the screws in motorists' number plates or fixing them tighter with adhesive on Sunday.
The move comes as an increasing amount of number plates are stolen to commit crimes such as petrol theft and evading speed cameras and parking charges.
The event will take place at Woodford Police Station in Woodford Green High Road between 1pm and 5pm.
Churchend SNT will also be doing a N1K UR REG day on Sunday, August 2, at the same place and time
