Not long ago the cops shot a drunken barrister who had engaged them at long range with a shotgun in Chelsea! When they find this black gunman will they open fire without warning and save everyone a lot of time and money?

The black moped had a distinctive red box on the rear....maybe the police should begin their enquiries with a visit to Pizza Express.
