PROPOSALS to reduce journey times for buses in both Woodford Green and South Woodford are to face a public consultation.
Under the schemes, Broadmead Road will see a new 130 metre-long bus lane operating between 7am and 10am Monday to Friday, while the Railway pub side of George Lane in South Woodford will see a number of 'no stopping' zones introduced, along with alterations to several pavements.
At an area two committee meeting earlier tonight, councillors agreed to send the plans to residents for their views before making a final decision.
