BAT lovers can learn more about their favourite flying creatures today (Thursday) at a special event in Woodford Green.

Bat expert Roger Havard will be at Ray Park, in Snakes Lane East, today to tell you everything there is to know about the nocturnal mammals.

There may even be a chance to see some of Roger's bats in action, and for visitors to do their bit for conservation by building a cosy nesting box.
