Children in the final of the talent contest at the Lord Brooke pub
BUDDING singers and performers took part in a children's talent contest.
The contest was held at the Lord Brooke pub in Shernhall Street, Walthamstow, over the last few weeks and culminated in a final on Saturday.
Pub manager Beverley Simpson said: “We wanted to do something for the kids because there is not always much for them to do at the weekends and we are a family orientated pub.
“Most of the entrants were singers and did really well.”
