THE competition to design a town's Christmas card has been officially launched.
Residents of Loughton are invited to help create the look of the town council's festive card for this year.
There are three children's categories and one adult category with the winner of each class awarded a £25 gift token, and a place on display at Loughton or Debden Library.
The competition is open to anyone who lives, works or goes to school in Loughton.
Entry forms can be picked up at the town council offices at 1 Buckingham Court, Rectory Lane, or downloaded from the website loughton-tc.gov.uk.
Deadline day is November 4.
