YOUNG artists are being called upon to design a Christmas Card for the Bishop of Barking.
Bishop David will formally launch the annual competition on September 23 by engaging in art with school children from St John's in Buckhurst Hill, where last year's winner Maddie Andrade is a pupil.
This year's theme is The True Meaning of Christmas and the winner will have their card professionally printed and used as the Bishop's official Christmas card.
Designs must be no bigger than A5 size paper and the deadline is November 6.
