THE district's road and rail links are almost back to normal after a chaotic few hours of delays earlier this morning.
A car crash and a broken down lorry on the M25 at around 8am had caused major knock-on jams on the M11, Epping New Road and other major routes.
A faulty train at St Paul's also caused problems on the Central underground line, sparking long delays across the network.
