FORGET boring old socks, smellies and sugar mice, the E17 Designers’ Market has quirky, one-of-a-kind, handmade stocking fillers to please all ages at the Asian Centre on Friday.
A veritable one-stop shop to pick up those presents for under the tree as well, designers offering their wares include printmakers Inky Cuttlefish, cult magazine The Illustrated Ape, contemporary jewellers Fuse&Fired and textile designer Carolyn Abbott, with hand-made tees, ceramics, posters and vintage clothing among the goods for sale.
DJ SisaMo will also be spinning the decks to keep you boppin’ while you shop and Susie’s Kitchen will be on hand to satisfy your sugar fix with her fancy cakes.
