A MAN has been charged with death by dangerous driving following a cyclist's death.
Father-of-three Jim Fleming, 47, was killed in a collision on the A413 Amersham Road in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, on April 1.
Ali Altuntas, 36, of Leadale Avenue, Chingford, is charged with causing death by dangerous driving and perverting the course of justice.
Mr Altuntas was released on conditional bail to appear at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on December 17.
The death of Mr Fleming left his young son William an orphan. Mr Fleming’s wife Pam died of cervical cancer in August last year.
