RUSH-hour commuters faced major delays on their journey into London this morning after engineering work overran.
Passengers on all National Express routes to and from Liverpool street station - including those to Ilford, Chingford and Walthamstow - faced hold-ups of as much as an hour because of the problem.
The firm has since said that all services from the station are now running normally.
