Safe scheme for cabs

A NEW text messaging scheme is being launched to prevent assaults and rape in London cabs.
The firm Hail-Safe has developed a system that allows passengers to register details of the cab they are travelling in and the licence number of the driver.
You can text the word SAFE to 88800 or call 0905 080 0103 to enter details of the journey. More details can be found about the scheme at www.hail-safe.co.uk
