RESIDENTS who need to complain can find out how with some help from Redbridge Council's new leaflet, How to Complain About Our Services.
People can do so by calling 8554 5000, online by going to www.redbridge.gov.uk, by filling in the complaints form within the leaflet, or by writing to the member of staff or manager they have been dealing with.
The leaflet also includes a suggestions or compliments card to fill in about council services.
