AN elderly man is to appear in court after allegedly threatening his neighbour with a knife.
Bobby Baines, 74, will appear at Waltham Forest Magistrates’ Court on Thursday (March 25), charged with wounding with intent and causing affray.
The incident is believed to have occurred following an ongoing dispute between Mr Baines, of Mill Lane, Woodford Green, and his neighbour.
It happened on Monday last week (March 15), police confirmed, and Mr Baines was charged at Chingford police station.
