WOODFORD GREEN trade unionist Bob Crow has been voted the most unpopular Londoner in a survey by the London Magazine.
Mr Crow, general secretary of the RMT union, received more than twice the votes of his nearest rival for the prize, London Mayor Ken Livingstone, in the magazine's Not the Londoner of the Year award.
London Magazine editor Nigel Evans said: "Bob Crow is a worthy winner of the very first Not the Londoner of the Year award. It's clear Londoners had no sympathy for the RMT strike action earlier this summer."
Other Londoners in the top ten of the poll included transport commissioner Bob Kiley, magician David Blaine, star of the eSure adverts Michael Winner, Starbucks chief executive Cliff Burrows, artist Tracey Emin, chef Gordon Ramsey, actor Anna Friel, and socialite Tara Palmer-Tompkinson.
