CANCER Research UK has thanked Wanstead MP Harry Cohen for his support to extend its bowel cancer screening programme.
The government has now agreed to a national bowel cancer screening programme being rolled out over the next three years with funding for it starting this year.
The Government will now transfer £10m to the programme over the next year.
