A 25-YEAR-OLD from Woodford Green is due in court to face a charge of causing death by dangerous driving.
Michael French, of Prospect Road, Woodford Green, is set to appear at Harlow Magistrates' Court later.
It follows a collision in Loughton on Thursday, July 23, 2009, in which Paul Capetanakis was killed.
Mr Capetanakis, 28, of High Road, Loughton, died following the incident in which his white Yamaha motorbike and a black Mercedes C180 collided.
The crash happened in Loughton High Road, between Manor Road and Avenue Gate.
Mr French was charged on August 19.
