A MURDER suspect wanted in connection with a shooting which took place over four years ago has arrived back in Britain after his extradition from Spain.
James Walter Tomkins, 61, arrived at Heathrow Airport yesterday (September 15) and will appear in custody today at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court.
Tomkins was charged with the murder of Rocky Dawson in Hornchurch on May 2, 2006, and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
Mr Dawson was shot dead outside his house while standing near his two children in a contract-style killing.
Christopher Pearman, 55, from Upshire, Waltham Abbey, has already pleaded guilty to murdering Mr Dawson, 24, and been sentenced to a minimum of 23 years in jail.
