OVER 100 people enjoyed a champagne reception with celebrity guests to raise money for a children's hospice.
Generous diners enjoying a four-course meal at the Waltham Abbey Marriott Hotel raised £8,000 for Woodford Green-based Haven House children's hospice.
An auction was hosted by GMTV fitness expert Kevin Adams and soap star Gary Lucy and lots included Frank Lampard’s football boots and a holiday to New York.
Martin Bell and the Mystic Soul Band provided the music.
The X Factor's Stacey Solomon was also due to perform but was unable through illness although she still attended to have her photo taken with guests.
