WALTHAMSTOW Historical Society is to hold a meeting with residents to discuss its work next month.
The informal meet and greet will be accompanied by a series of talks, including a presentation on a new book about the Walthamstow Windmill and a lecture on the Vestry House building's former role as the parish workhouse.
The event will be held on Saturday, January 15 at 10.30am at the Vestry House Museum in Walthamstow Village.
No booking is required and entry is free for members.
Non-members are welcome at a charge of £1.50p.
