A VULNERABLE pensioner from Chingford who went missing at the weekend has been found safe and well.
Police raised concern over the whereabouts of 79-year-old Lillian Knight, after she vanished from her home in Beresford Road.
She suffers from Alzheimer's disease and dementia and police said it was unusual for her to leave her home unaccompanied.
Ms Knight was last seen on Saturday (May 21) at around 2pm but has now been found, police say.
