A TEENAGE flasher exposed himself to an 11-year-old girl in a park.
The boy, who is believed to be aged between 14 and 16, was standing near the tennis courts in Memorial Park in Chingford Mount Road, Chingford, at 5.45pm on Wednesday, July 27
He exposed himself as the girl walked passed. The boy is described as black, with his hair in two plaits. He was wearing a white top and football shorts.
