PROPOSALS have been passed to turn two offices into flats.
The first floor offices are above Chimichanga restaurant in George Lane, South Woodford, and will now be turned into a one-bedroom flat and a two-bedroom flat.
No significant changes will be made to the building’s exterior by applicant M Shefras, of South Molton Street, London.
