Loughton Tennis Club Boys first team have won promotion to division one in the Essex County Lawn Tennis Association League.
The side will move up from the second tier following a victory against Old Chelmsfordians at the Final Day of the ECLTA Junior League.
The side, captained by Corey Clark, have been in good form over the summer in the League and will now be looking to make the step up.
The successful players are Ben Armatage, Ben Gifford, Jack Hollywood, Yousef Khatibi, Freddie Moncur and Peter Smith.
On Monday the opening day of the week-long Avenue Junior Open tournament begins, when tennis players from all over Essex and beyond will be competing at the Loughton club.
