A BUS driver is being prosecuted for careless driving after a crash left a man with spinal injuries, said a police spokesman.
At about 1pm on Wednesday, September 28, police and paramedics were called when a white, single-decker bus collided with a silver Honda CBR near the junction of Epping New Road and Rangers Road in Epping Forest.
The driver of the Honda was airlifted to the Royal London Hospital suffering from spinal injuries where he is in a stable condition.
The bus belonged to Redbridge council.
A section of the road was cleared while debris from the accident was cleared.
The bus driver was reported for the offence by police and will be formally charged when he appears in court.
A date for his court appearance has not yet been set.
