NEW support is available to help the unemployed back to work.
The Consultancy Home Counties (TCHC), which is funded by the European Union, will be providing two separate support packages from April for Essex residents who are out of work or at risk of unemployment.
The first will attempt to help people back to work by providing support, advice and training.
The second enables employers to provide staff facing redundancy with advice on getting a new job or starting a new business.
Those interested in the programmes are asked to call the TCHC on 01923 698430 to arrange an interview with an advisor who will assess their suitability for the programme.
The courses will be held in locations across the county and support will be available to help those taking part with travel costs.
