A FREE guided bike ride will take to the road this weekend.
Cyclists on the 13-mile route will pedal their way through Wanstead Park, along the banks of the River Roding before reaching Ray Park.
The ride will be led by a trained British Cycling Ride Leader and is suitable for ages 11 and up.
It should take around two-and-a-half hours to cover the route but places must be booked in advance and children aged between 11-15 must be accompanied by an adult.
