A BUSINESSMAN is to open a new takeaway at 755 Leytonstone High Road and has applied for a licence to sell late-night refreshments.
Waheed Ul-Zaman wants permission for his Kebabish shop to stay open until midnight Sundays to Thursday and up to 1am on Fridays and Saturdays.
A council licence panel will decide on the application on Thursday (June 21).
