Woodford RFC
A RUGBY club is calling upon the men of Woodford Green to enter into its strong man competition.
Woodford Rugby Football Club is holding the competition on July 7 in a bid to find new members for the club.
The event is open to all shapes, sizes ages and abilities and costs £10 to enter.
Registration opens at noon, with the competition starting at 12.30pm.
