A PROTESTER banned from going within 100 yards of any Olympic venue or event has had an ASBO extended by two years.
Simon Moore, 29, was issued with the order in May after taking part in demonstrations at the site of an Olympic basketball training facility in Leyton Marshes.
Westminster Magistrates' Court granted an extension to that order yesterday (Tuesday).
Mr Moore was also barred from going near any of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee events earlier this month.
He could face up to five years in prison if he breaches the order.
