A GROUP of mums hoping to provide a better playground for Ongar’s children will stage a fundraising fun day later this month.
Ongar Mums will host the event at Love Lane Park on Thursday (August 16) from 10am to 2pm.
Activities on offer will include arts and crafts, a climbing wall, football, badminton and a raffle.
Visitors will also be invited to share their views on the mums' campaign to upgrade and enlarge the park's play area.
