Two disgruntled BA passengers have decided to make a song and dance out of their troubles at Heathrow - and it has become a YouTube hit.
Tim Soong and his friend Andy Baynes decided to lampoon BA's beleaguered T5 after failing in their bid for compensation for a chaotic trip last year.
While flying to Italy for Mr Soong's marriage last year the pair suffered long queues, delays and their luggage containing the bride's wedding dress was lost.
To get their own back Tim, 29, and his best man Andy, 31, took covert footage in Heathrow's T5 for a comic music video.
Their luggage was eventually found in time for the wedding but that didn't stop the pair from shooting the video and uploading it to the popular website.
Lyrics to The Terminal Five song include: "The news ain't good I'm stuck in a queue. After 15 hours it still hasn't moved. They've lost all my bags they've lost my wife too."

Mr Soong, from Kennington, claims BA initially agreed to refund the cost of the flights and hotel accommodation in Pisa but he had heard nothing since.
But a BA spokesman said they had apologised and asked for more information from Mr Soong to issue compensation but had not heard back.
