Paralympic athelete, Noel Thatcher MBE, to give advice to runners choosing footwear
A paralympic distance runner will give advice to other athletes on how to choose what footwear is best to run in.
Noel Thatcher is hosting the free advice session at the Physiotheraphy and Sports Clinic in Holly House Hospital, High Road, Buckhurst Hill on Wednesday from 7pm.
Mr Thatcher MBE is visually impaired and works as a physiotherapist at the hospital.
He won five gold medals at the Paralympics during his career which spanned two decades.
The aim of the session is to help runners of all ages and abilities consider all factors when choosing footwear for running.
