A MOBILE Library will have a big surprise for visitors next week when it holds teddy bear picnics for visitors.
Organised by Loughton Library and Brambles Children's Centre in Epping, children are invited to bring their teddies along for stories and a soft drink on July 29.
The library will stop at Theydon Bois Village Hall between 9.20am and 10.20am; Stewards Green in Epping between 10.30am and 10.45am; and Coopersale Shops between 11.50am and 12.10pm.
David Finch, County Councillor cabinet member for Adults Health and Community Wellbeing said: “We're delighted to be able to host an event on one of our Mobile Libraries, which serve many of our communities where there aren't libraries close by.
“I hope lots of families take the opportunity to take their teddies to the picnic and discover the delights of the Mobile Library.”
