A BIG-HEARTED opticians is hoping to spread some Christmas cheer at Haven House Children’s Hospice this year.
The Specsaver branches in Loughton and Epping are calling on customers to donate their unwanted toys in-store.
All toys donated will then be distributed or sold to help children at Haven House, in Woodford Green, which cares for children with severe illnesses.
Store director Ray De Souza said: “Haven House is a special place for special children. These toys can help bring a little sunshine into the lives of those children suffering with life-limiting conditions and their families at what can be a difficult time of year for them.”
Donations can be made until December 24 at the stores in Epping High Street, and Loughton High Road.
