A TEENAGER has been arrested and another left with a broken elbow after a "disturbance" in Epping on Friday (March 5).
Police rushed to Stonards Hill at 7.35pm after receiving reports of a confrontation between a group of youths.
At the scene they discovered a 15-year-old from Epping suffering from bruising and a broken right elbow.
Officers also arrested and charged a 17-year-old from Epping for possession of an offensive weapon, which police say was an 18-inch metal weights bar.
He has been bailed and is set to appear before Harlow Youth Court on Friday March 19.
Police are appealing for witnesses. Anyone who has any information about the incident is urged to call 0300 333 4444.
