A TEENAGER has been charged with endangering safety on a railway following an incident in which a girl was almost pushed on to live train tracks.
Jerome Carney, 19, of Abbotts Close, Northolt, was due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court today (March 15) in relation to the incident, which took place at Loughton Tube Station, on Thursday February 18.
