EPPING: Man suffers head injuries in nightspot brawl

A MAN was seriously injured in the early hours of Saturday morning after being kicked in the head during a brawl outside a popular nightspot.

Police were called to Speak Easy bar in Epping High Street at around 1am on Saturday March 20 and found a 21-year-old man from Epping with serious head injuries.

The man was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow, before being transferred to Queen's Hospital in Romford.

His situation is described as serious but stable.

Three men from Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk have been arrested in connection with the incident, and have been bailed until July 5 pending further enquiries.
