ONGAR: Swimmers urged to sign up for 50-mile challenge

PEOPLE can sign up now for the Ongar Rotary Club's 50 Mile Challenge Swim.

The event takes place on September 26 in aid of the club's chosen causes for this year, which include St Clare Hospice, flood relief in Pakistan, the eradication of polio and cancer charities.

Families, schools and individuals are welcome to take part and swim the 50 mile target in a group or on their own.

All swimmers will be given their own lane and free refreshments.
