A GROUP that has taken over a town centre shop is asking people how it should be used.
The Restore Community Church has taken over the lease of what was Second Tread in The Broadway, Debden, and plans to use it as a community centre.
Manager Judy Lovell said: “We’re planning to run all sorts of things, from an art group for those with mental health issues to parent support and police surgeries.
“We’re inviting the community to have their say on what they think will be good to have at the centre.”
The consultation day will take place on February 17 from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
