A tattooist has been fined of £200 and ordered to pay £645 costs after tattooing two young people under the age of 18.
Olga Clear denied two offences committed on December 2 and March 27.
Ms Clear, 29, appeared at Harlow Magistrates’ Court recently.
Pete Clear, her husband, owns the shop and is in charge of checking the ages of clients.
Jenny Spalding, chairman of the bench, said the fact that ages were not checked was ‘inadequate and unacceptable’.
